Zadie Louis Upchurch (Columbus), 57, passed away April 02, 2019 in Columbus, Ohio.

Zadie was born January 23, 1962 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to the late Eugene Upchurch and Zadie Belle Wilkenson.

She is survived in death by sons Jarreau A. Upchurch and Tavares T. Upchurch, brothers Roy E. Upchurch, Eugene Upchurch, and Eugene Upchurch II, sister Aleasla Rhodes, and grandchildren Kevaugh Jackson, Keshawn Watson, Keelan Darby, Jarreau Upchurch Jr., Ja'Michael Upchurch, Jac'Ques Upchurch, Jamir Upchurch, Jaheem Upchurch, and Jarell Upchurch.

Zadie is proceeded in death by parents Eugene Upchurch and Zadie Belle Wilkenson, son David le Reed Jr., brother Joseph Patrick, and sister Annie D.

Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM on April 19, 2019, and Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 AM. Visitation and Services will be held at Edwards Funeral Service Chapel.

Committal Service will be held following the funeral service at Forest Lawn Memorial Garden.
