William (Billboy) Whaley, age 43, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021. He is preceded in death by his father, William Whaley; Sister, April Whaley; Brothers, Virlent "Buddy" Whaley and Richard “Tommy” Whaley. He is survived by his daughter Courtney Whaley; Son, Anthony Hawk; Mother and step-father Judy and Randy Meachum; Sisters, Martha (John) Addair, Brandy Reichenbach, Shirley "Lucy" Minehart and Bonnie Woods; Brother, William Thompson and numerous other family and friends. There will be a gathering of friends and family at Edwards Funeral Service on Monday, October 4, 2021 from 2-4 PM.
