Bill was born on July 16, 1935 in Terra Alta, WV to the late Exile and Angel Ward. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Ellenora. He is survived by 3 daughters, Jean (Paul) Bearss, Alice Ward, And Wilma Ward. Per Bill's wishes no service is scheduled at this time
