Mr. William Henry Neal

William Henry Neal (December 19, 1942-January 2, 2024
Bill was born in Troy, Oh on December 19, 1942, to Sherman and Reba (Hamilton) Neal. He went
to be with the lord on January 2,2024. He passed away at the age of 81 surrounded by family. He was
one of five children. He attended Groveport High School and graduated in 1960. After high school, he
enlisted into the United States Air Force where he served from 1961-1965 stationed in England and
Lockbourne. After his time in the service, Bill moved to Oklahoma to be a cowboy. There he met his
wife, Judith Baugh, and they had two children, Brian and Polly.
He was very instrumental in the success of the youth rodeo organizations throughout Oklahoma.
Meanwhile, he still maintained his ties to family and friends in Ohio. He retired from Dolese after
twenty-three years of service as a sales representative.
Bill was preceded inv death by his Sherman (father), Reba (Mother), Oscar (brother), Daniel
(brother), Cindy (sister-in-law), Harold (brother-in-law), and Jason Estep (Nephew). He is survived by
Brian Neal from Oklahoma, Polly (Raul) Rodriguez from Adrian, MI, two grandsons Paxton and Preston
Rodriguez, two sisters Linda (Estep) and Brenda Bickenheuser, Nephews Keith (Iris) Estep, Brandi Estep,
JJ Neal, Kristi Bickenheuser, Tiffany (Brian) Kinney, Jacob (Lindsey) Bickenheuser, Zachary Bickenheuser,
and Holly Bickenheuser, as well as many great nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Bill had a passion for farming, antique tractors, rodeo, and the cowboy way of life. In lieu of

A celebration of life will take place on January 9, 2024, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the American
