William Darwin Kelley, 74, passed away on May 3, 2013
He was born June 16, 1938 in Ashland, KY to the late Henry Clay and Thelma Ratcliffe Kelley.
Survived by his wife, Hazel Waller; children, William Kelley Jr., Deborah Kelley, Kevin O. Kelley, Sherry Lou Willey and Kajun Klark Kelley; sisters, Ruby Sherwood Brown and Linda Alice Coon.
Preceded in death by sisters, Jean Conroy and Betty Lou Powell.
