Wilford Bishop Jr.

Wilford Shelby Bishop Jr, age 69 passed away surrounded by family on October 4th, 2018. He was born January 20th, 1949 to the late Wilford Shelby Bishop Sr and Ida Belle(Charles) Carraker in Dayton, Ohio. Wilford graduated from Central High School and had several jobs throughout his life. He worked at Lazarus Bakery, Worthington Inn as a chef, Timken Company, as a Correction Officer, and was the owner of a Carpenter Business. One of his greatest accomplishments of all was being a Coach for the Mifflin Sharks and starting a little league team with close friends The Mifflin Bears.
Wilford is survived by Wife of 38 years Regina Bishop,; daughters Anita Bishop-Anderson, Nikeshaafi(Sommer) Bishop, son Wilford Shelby Bishop III.; grandchildren; Ajee and Aaliyah Anderson, Erice Bonner Jr,; sister Isabelle Whittle,; brother Harold Bishop
