Preceded in death by her mother and father. Survived by her husband Charles Hern Sr. Frank, 2 sons, 4 brothers, 3 sisters, 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Funeral Services will be held at the Chapel of EDWARDS FUNERAL SERVICE, 1166 Parsons Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43206 from 2 ? 4 PM on Tuesday October 5, 2010.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to offset funeral expenses.
