She is survived by husband, William Miller; Son, Gregory Russell; Grandchildren, Marvell Nichols, Marco Flowers, Mason Harrison, Morgan Harris and Keshauna Williams; Sisters, Sandra, Evette, Tina, and Robbin Russell; Nephew, Kevin Starks; Five Nieces, Natasha, Analicia, Daniell, Ashlee and Arielle; Two Aunts, Mary Ellen Starks and Lilly Ann Guice; Special Friends Jean and Mentha; and Cousin Deborah Watkins . Many great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, and friends. Vicki is preceded in death by her Mother, Elouise Russell; Grandfather Samuel Lee Russell; Great-Grandfather, Roosevelt Russell; Brother Ruben Russell; Grandmother, Eva L. Weatherspoon - Russell, and Great-Grandmother, Laura Mae Russell. Vicki was a Fashionista. She loved her jewelry, clothes and shoes. She loved her family and friends, summertime barbeques, traveling and music. Vicki was very artistic, making various types of holiday crafts and jewelry.
