Survived by wife, Edna R. Beller; son, Shawn Tera Starcher; daughter, Sherry Terry Johnson; grandchildren, Ashley, Kaden, Kendell, and Kensley; grand grandson, Christopher Patrick; sisters, Sue Dave Greenhill, Nancy Marvin Parker, Janet Casto and Jean Miller; brothers, Johnny Barb Starcher, Gilbert Shirley Starcher, Chuckie Neda Starcher and Danny Phyllis Starcher; several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by parents, brothers, Denzil, Ivan, Junior, Donald and Gary
