Troy is survived by his wife, Regina Kluttz, children; Brittany Waller (Drew Waller), Gregory Dille, Jennifer Dille, Grandchildren; Katelynn Morgan and Henrey Waller. Father; Bobby Kluttz, sister; Tammy Blackburn, neices; Ashley Neely and Avery Palmer, nephews; Kevin Blackburn and Brad Blackburn. Several Aunts and Uncles.
