Tracy Winston Hall

Tracy Winston Hall, 63, passed away September 29, 2017 in Columbus, OH. He was born September 07, 1954 to the late Thomas and Mattie Hall. Tracy believed in taking care of his family. He always made sure his children had what they needed and what they wanted. He was a veteran of the U.S Army. Tracy is preceded in death by his parents and brother Tobie Hall. He is survived by: his children, Marquise Bowers, Rasheda Hall, Aishia Homsher, and Jalen Hall-Homsher. His grandchildren, Zarion Homsher, Mekhi Houston, and Mahlan Houston.  Marquise Bowers Jr, Matthew Bowers, Marquisha Bowers.   He was very close with Lucinda Bowers and Amy Homsher, which they all raised kids together as a team. He had a host of siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews who he loved very much and would do anything for. He will be greatly missed and loved forever.
