He was born February 13, 1941 in Logan, W.Va. to the late, Nick and Arizona Farley and Ruth Carroll
Survived by daughter, Terri Frank Michael; sons, Jeffrey Joann Farley and Timothy Farley; 9 grandchildren; sisters, June Canterbury and Wanda Mahon; brothers, Homer Carroll and Jackie Carroll Preceded in death by his wife, Florence; son, Tommy Ray and brother, Uncle Buck
A service will be held 1 PM Sunday at the Faith United Methodist Church, 15 W. Columbus St., Canal Winchester.
