Titus was born December 10, 1940 in Alger, OH to the late Edward and Margaret Worthington
He is survived by a Son, Anthony (Carrie) Worthington, Galloway, OH, two Daughters, Anna M. (Aaron) Meadows, Tallmadge, OH and Tammy L. (Brent) Hunter, Waldo, OH, a Brother, Bailey Worthington, Waynesfield, OH, a Sister Clara Klutz, Seminole, FL, six Grandchildren, and two Great-Grandchildren
He is preceded in death by his 4 brothers Joseph, Donald, Roger, and Louis Campbell
A memorial service will be held at Harvest Assembly of God, 8075 Dellinger Road, Galloway, OH 43119 on Saturday February 27, 2016 at 3 PM, where family will accept friends from 2 PM until time of service.
