He is preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd Ruffen and Camille Price Williams; sisters, Yvette Fields and Magdaline Price
A memorial service will be held Monday, March 12, 2018 at Edwards Funeral Service, 1166 Parsons Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43206 from 11-1 PM
