Timothy D. Evans, age 71, passed away Monday, January 27, 2020 at The Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Timothy was born on July 1, 1948 in Columbus, Ohio to the late David and Evelyn Ottman Evans. Timothy was a longtime transporter for local hospitals.
A graveside service will be conducted 1:00 PM, Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 5600 E. Broad St. Columbus, Ohio 43213 with Rev. Matthew Cox officiating.
