Thomas Taylor (Cecil) passed away at Riverside Hospital, on January 17. Preceded in death by his father, Franklin Cecil Sr., brother Franklin Cecil Jr., and sister, Cathy Robinson. Survived by mother Hetty Cecil and sisters, Cheryl (Kipp), Libby (Mike) also Karen and many nieces and nephews. Favorite Aunt Margaret Moneyhun. Mem. services at High Street Baptist Church 7399 N.
