Thomas is survived by his Daughter Katherine; Siblings Jennifer, Deborah, Richard and Barbara; Grandson Connor.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Wife Karen; and Siblings Cynthia, Sharee and Robert.

A Memorial service will be held, Thursday August 2 at Edwards Funeral Service, 1166 Parsons Avenue, Columbus, OH from 6-8 PM
