Terrance Murnane

Columbus

Terrance Allen Murnane, of Columbus Ohio, passed away on March 29th, 2024 at Grant Medical Hospital. He was a brother, uncle, great uncle, and a spectacular friend.

Terry was born in Columbus Ohio, and was the son of Francis and Patricia Murnane.

Terry graduated from Ready High School in 1973. In Terry's junior and senior year of highschool, Terry and his basketball team went to the state finals, and finished in first place.

Terry enjoyed playing golf all around Columbus. When he wasn't playing golf, he was supporting his Cleveland Browns, and Indians on game days.

Terry was known as "Crabman". Terry entertained local establishments and the Ohio State Fair with his crab races and D.J. skills. Terry made sure everywhere the crabs went they rode in style in the "Crab Limo"

Terry is survived by his only brother, Joseph P. Murnane, niece, Amy C. Hannan, great nephew, Michael Hannan, nephew, Daniel P. Munane (Cathy), great nephews, Blake, Tucker, and Kaden Murnane, great nieces, Jessica, Haile, Kaylin, and Kiley Murnane, and his life long best friend, Freddy Lott. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Patricia Murnane.


The Memorial Gathering and Service will be held on April 5th, 2024, at Families First Cremation.
