She was born June 2, 1967 in Columbus, Ohio to late Larry and Ida Nettleton Hoskins.
Survived by daughter, Ashley Stevie Workman; son, Dusty Sam Workman; 4 grandchildren; brother, Larry Hoskins; sisters, Patricia Nettleton and Kelly Hoskins; several nieces and nephews.
