TASHA R. OSBORNE, 22, passed away suddenly, Tuesday December 30, 2008. She was born April 20, 1986 to Roy Jr. Osborne and Merry Lou Maynard Chiappe
She is survived by her Fianc?e, Billy Ray Lewis, two sons, Billy Ray Lewis Jr. and Rick Junior Lewis, Five brothers and sisters, Crystal, Donna, Amanda, Roy, and Robert
She is preceded in death by her father, Roy Jr. Osborne
Family will receive friends between 5 PM and 7 PM on Monday January 5 at Edwards Funeral Home, 1166 Parsons Ave., Columbus, Oh, where a service will be held at 7 PM. Burial will take place in Science Hill, KY Arrangements entrusted to EDWARDS FUNERAL SERVICE 614-444-3200
