Susan was born July 28, 1950 in Logan, WV to Leonard T. Roy and Clara E. Birt. Susan is preceded in death by both of her parents. She is survived by her three children Kara Paishon David, Charles Elliott Jr. Lori,Charolette Wiseman Larry, and her Eight grandchildren.
