Honoring Stella Annette
Stella (Claffey) Courtney, 68, passed away on June 15, 2014 in hospice care at Villa Angela. She is preceded in death by husband, Fred; sister, Lila and brother, Charles. Survived by son, Tracey; brothers, Dan and David; sisters, Anna, Linda, Barbara and Lori. The family would like to extend special thanks to Ohio Health Hospice and the staff of Villa Angela.
