Shelby Jean Stephens, 54, passed away August 19, 2013. She was born December 6, 1957 in Holden, West Virginia to the late Shelby and Peggy Southers. She dedicated her life to teaching children. She loved her family and her cats and will be missed by all that knew her. She is survived by two children; James Victor Jessica Morrow III and April Nicole Stephens.
