Sarah was born July 05, 1950 to the late Forrest and Martha Coakley.
Sarah is survived by her Daughter Martha Anne Boorn, step-sister Nancy Marmie, step-mother Dorothy Eileen Coakley, granddaughter Michaella Sara-Eve Boorn, grandson Dylan David-Levi Boorn, and a host of other family, friend, and loved ones.
Sarah is preceded in death by her mother Martha Parsons, father Forrest Coakley, and brother Tom Coakley.
