Sally Anne Farber, a dedicated signing agent with Signature Closing, passed away on May 28, 2026, at the James Cancer Center at OSU in Columbus, Ohio. Born on November 29, 1965, in Columbus, Sally Anne lived a life marked by kindness, generosity, and a profound love for her family and friends.
A proud alumna of Ohio State University, Sally Anne was not only respected professionally but also cherished socially for her warm and friendly nature. She was known to be overly nice, welcoming everyone she met with genuine friendliness, and her caring spirit extended deeply into the lives of those close to her. Her generosity was a hallmark of her character, always giving her time and love unconditionally.
Sally Anne found joy in simple, rewarding activities. She loved working on puzzles, which reflected her patient and thoughtful demeanor. Cooking was another passion, through which she expressed her affection and care, especially when nurturing her beloved sons. Above all, her greatest joy came from taking care of her sons, Aaron Wesley Harwood and Daniel Corbett. Her passion for caregiving was a defining part of her daily life.
Her family was central to her existence. She is lovingly remembered by her surviving sons, Aaron Wesley Harwood and Daniel Corbett, and her sister Helen . Their presence continues to honor Sally Anne’s legacy and spirit. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Harwood, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Farber, her brother Michael Farber, and her sister Kathy Farber, who all remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on June 12, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Families First at Edwards, located at 1166 Parsons Ave, Columbus, OH 43206.
