Ryan Andrew Grinnell, 25, of Columbus, OH passed away June 28, 2014. He was born June 9, 1989 in Raleigh, NC to Douglas Grinnell and Shelley Jordan Ecker. Ryan graduated from Grace Community High School in 2007 in Tyler, TX. He studied the major psychology while attending University of Colorado, and was recently accepted to Ohio State University. Ryan had a passion for creating music, enjoyed wake-boarding, skate boarding and snowboarding, and always talked of his childhood friends with love. He is survived by his parents Douglas C. Grinnell of Columbus, OH and Shelley J. Ecker of Avon, CO, his sister Kara L. Akers of Denver, CO and Jordan L. Grinnell of Virginia Beach, VA. Ryan's sweet caring demeanor as a child and teenager will be deeply missed and he was loved by many.
