Robert F. Stiers, 70, passed away on June 12, 2012 at his residence.
He was born June 13, 1941 in Portsmouth, Ohio to late Harry and Kate English Stiers.
Survived by his wife, Patricia White; son, Michael; sister, Ida Stiers; brother, Phillip Silvia Stiers; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be held Wednesday, at 7 PM Chapel of EDWARDS FUNERAL SERVICE, 1166 Parsons Ave., Family will receive friends on Wednesday, from 6 till 7 PM
