He was born February 28, 1957 in Newark, Ohio to Donald and Joan Kinser Phillips
Survived by his wife, Robin Riggs; sons, Shawn Riggs and Robert Kathrine Phillips; grandchildren, Justin Riggs, Kollin Riggs, Anthony Riggs, Scott Phillips, Jacob Phillips and Emily Phillips; brother, Tony Phillips; sisters, Mary Rob Zigler and Ellen Jeff Beiber Preceded in death by his father and brothers, Donald and Scott.
A service will be held 1 PM Friday at the Chapel of EDWARDS FUNERAL SERVICE, 1166 Parsons Ave., Where family will receive friends from 11-1 on Friday. Burial will be in Maple Grove- Old Rome Cemetery in Baltimore, OH
