Richard Lee Parsley II, 57, unexpectedly passed away on May 22, 2017 at Mount Carmel East Hospital.
He was born February 07, 1960 in Columbus, OH to his loving parents Richard L. Parsley and Catherine Lane.
Richard proudly served in the military. He was in the Army 82nd Airborne and also was a proud member of the Airforce.
A burial will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday June 13, 2017 at Dayton National Cemetery 4400 W Third Street Dayton, OH 45417.
Richard will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
