Richard was born Saturday, November 26, 1966 in Columbus, OH to the late Richard Mumaw Sr. and Ruby Carmichael
He is survived by his siblings, Ruby Mumaw and Allen Mumaw; his nephew, Eric Mumaw; his nieces, Mandy, Tracy, Ronnie Lynn, and Brittany; and several great-nieces and nephews
A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 20th at Edwards Funeral Service Chapel, 1166 Parsons Avenue, Columbus, OH where family will accept friends from 2 P.M. - 4 P.M.
