Retha "Billie" Shepard

A simple, kindhearted woman who brightened the lives of many people for 81 years has joined the celebration in heaven. Preceded by her parents Bill and Hazel, several brothers; Oscar, Lester, Earl and Pat, and her daughter Suzanne. Survived by her spouse of 55 years, Bruce Sturgis Shepard, her sisters ; Gladys and Sylvia (Richard), brothers; Ray(Norma Jean) and Herbert. Living on in the hearts of her daughters; Athena(James), Sharon and Jamie. Loved and remembered by five grandsons; Josh (Justine), Jeremiah (Amanda), Teddy, Ricky (Vanessa) and Gabriel. Blessed to live on in the heart of one beautiful granddaughter, Livia and four great-grandchildren ; Lydia, Isaiah, Raylin and Ava.
