RACHAL ANN FULTZ, 19, passed away suddenly on Friday March 19th.

She was born April 2, 1990 in Columbus, Ohio to Timothy Wayne and Ray Lou Cline Flutz

She is survived by her parents, a son, Tyree R. Fultz, and 6 Brothers and Sisters, and a favorite aunt; Freda Raines Mike, Grandmother; Patricia Fultz Sonny She is preceded in death by a brother, Keion Garrett.

A service will be held 11 AM Friday at the Chapel of EDWARDS FUNERAL SERVICE, 1166 Parsons Ave., Where family will receive friends Thursday 2-4 & 6-8
