PHYLLIS HOPE DILLON, born 6-28-1935 received sweet release 12-17-09. Born in Huntington, W.Va Phyllis is preceded by her parents, daughters Cynthia and Karen and her beloved Thomas'. The legacy of love she leaves is manifest in the generations that follow her. 6 children, 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
