Penny was born on June 16, 1973, in Marion, Ohio to Ricky and the late Beverly Vansickle. She is survived by her father, Step-mother Cindy; two sons, Derrick (Morgan)Vansickle and Austin Eldridge; 2 Grand children, Maverick and Delilah; 3 brothers, Shawn (Angelina), Christopher and Patrick; and a sister Autumn; as well as a host of extended family and friends. A gathering will be held at the chapel of Edwards Funeral Service, 1166 Parsons Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43206 on Monday November 2, 2015 from 5-7 pm.
