PAUL BLAIR, 61, passed away on Monday June 13, 2011
He was born April 10, 1950 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Lawrence and Ruby Campbell Blair
He is survived by five sons; Scott, Michael, Wade, Jeff and Paul Jr., thirteen grandchildren, five brothers; Lawrence, David, Donald, Gerald, and Charles, five sisters; Eleanor, Sharon, Trevona, Percilla and Roxann.
He is preceded in death by his late wife; Cindy Maddox Blair, a sister; Eileen and two brothers; Jerry and Roger
A memorial service will be held 11 AM Friday at the Chapel of EDWARDS FUNERAL SERVICE, 1166 Parsons Ave., Columbus, Ohio
