Opal Louise Smith,68, passed away Friday February 8 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
She was born January 4, 1945 in Greenville, Ohio to the late David Monrow Smith Sr. and Zelma Smith Stivers.
Survived by daughter, April Villa, sons, Wes Ellis and Danny Robert Ellis, sisters, Julie Jones, Mary Dever, Olive Roberts, Marlyn Howard, Sharon Roach, Wavelyn Hewitt, Hazel Coffey and Linda Wical, brothers, David Smith, Doyle Smith Jr., 19 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by parents, husband, Leland Ellis, sons Ford Ellis and Richard Ellis, brother, Richard Smith, sisters Vanette, Golden Smith, Carol Gleason and Norma.
A Private Memorial Service was held by the family.
