Norma Jean Clark (74), passed away July 24, 2019 in Chillicothe, Ohio.
Norma was born in Columbus, Ohio to her parents Norman Frost and Geneva Pickens on August 04, 1944.
Survived by children Ronald Spangler, David Spangler Jr, Terri Stangle and Norman(Joey) & Kim Spangler. Several grandchildren , nieces, nephews and cousin.
Preceeded in death by husband David Spangler Sr., brother William Frost Sr, sister Cheryl Ashton, sister Kathy Parker and brother Robert Lobdell
A memorial service will be held at Edwards Funeral Service on Wednesday July 31, 2019. Gathering will be held from 2:00-3:00 PM and services will be held from 3:00-4:00 PM
