He was born February 14, 1967 in Mansfield, Ohio to the late Dale Maxstead and Sharon Robinson.
Survived by his mother and step-father, Homer Moore; brother, Dale; sister, Dorene Lora Maxstead; close friends, James Bower, Shirley Slaughter and Jerry Barnett.
