MICHAEL SHAWN HOOK, 34, passed away suddenly at home April 8th. Proceeded in death by Grandparents, Oscar and Bertha Blankenship, Barney and Helen Hook, Father, Franklin Leroy Hook, Stepfather, Clyde Earl Collins, cousin, Angela Malone.
He is survived by his loving mother, Linda Collins, Brothers, Brian & Gary Hook Dandy, Close family friend, Tom Hunt, and many close uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and friends.
