Michael LeRoy Daugherty, 37, passed away on January 29, 2013
He was born June 6, 1974 in Washington Court House, Ohio to the late Richard Daugherty and Dorothy Thompson Scott.
Survived by daughter Katie Daugherty and son Seth Daugherty, mother Dorothy Billy Scott, sisters Tonita Derreberry and Kimberly Daugherty, girl friend April Sheppard, many nieces and nephews and his faithful buddy CoCo.
Preceded in death by father, grandmother Dorothy Thompson
A service will be held at a later date.
