Martha Ann Rowe, 78, passed away on July 23, 2015. Martha was born November 2, 1936 in Columbus, OH to the late Reginald and Edith Laird. She is also preceded in death by her husband Wilber Wiegand; daughter Tonda Rowe and son Dirk Rowe. She is survived by daughter, Marla Rowe and 4 grand-children; Ashley, Joshua, Zachary, and Samantha; along with a host of extended family and friends, especially those at Heartland of Uptown Westerville.
