She was born July 30, 1940 in Logan, Ohio to Hollis Viday Hart and Catherine Hartshorn Hart.
Survived by Sons Tony Forrest and Jeff Forrest; Daughters Norma Walter Sears Forrest and Pauline Coleman Tom; Brothers Jerry Hart and Gary Hart; Sisters Reba Reynolds, Patsy Reynolds, Rita Vandagriff, Shirley McMillian, Oda Pascarella and Leona Woodard; Fourteen Grandchildren and Many Great Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by both Partents; Brothers Odis Hart and David Hart; Sister Wilma Wright.
