Lou Ann McCord

LouAnn McCord, 70, of Circleville, OH, passed away on October 4, 2026, after bravely facing a 26 year cancer battle.

She joins her parents, Raymond and Della Cook, and her sister, Linda Cook, in eternal peace, along with her sister-in-law, Cheryl Edwards, and nephew, Chuckie Cook.

LouAnn's love and legacy live on through her children: Ryan Christy of Circleville; Jennifer McGinnis and husband James of Circleville; Andy McCord and wife Meghan of Shawnee; and Danny McCord of Shawnee. Her cherished grandchildren, Lydia and Jamie McGinnis, Baylor, Dylan, Mox, and Deegan McCord, brought immense joy to her life. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, in addition to her dear brother, Chuck of Heath and beloved sister-in-law, Kathy Cook.

A private family burial will proceed with a celebration of her life to be held at a later date.
