Linda Joyce Blankenship Collins, 69, Passed away on May 29, 2017 in Columbus, Ohio.
Linda was a lifelong resident of Columbus, Ohio born to Rev Oscar and Bertha Blankenship, A 1966 graduate of Franklin Heights High School.
She is survived by two sons Brian Hook of Columbus, Ohio and Gary Hook also of Columbus, Ohio; 4 grandchildren, 3 brothers Sam (Jeanne), Richard Duffy (April) Blankenship both originally of Columbus, Ohio Most recently of Thelma, Kentucky, Vonalee See originally of Thelma, Kentucky Most recently of Anthem, AR; Two sisters Jettie Sue Fairchild (Les) of Thelma, Kentucky and Carol Sue (Ronnie) Guffey of Pike Co, Kentucky.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Husband Clyde Collins; Son Michael Shawn Hook; Brother Donald Gene Blankenship, Niece Angela Sue Malone, and Nephew Lee Roy Malone Jr.
