Leroy Williams was born on May 2nd, 1950 in Paintsville, Kentucky to the late Estil Williams and Moncie Williams. He passed away on January 5th, 2017 (Age 66). Leroy survived by his brothers and sisters, 4 kids, 6 grandkids and 4 great grand kids. Leroy was an ARMY veteran of the United States of America
