Keith David Medina, 45, passed away suddenly on October 19 2011 at his residence
He was born January 24, 1966 in Patterson, N.J. to Ralph Medina and Gladys DeGraff Carroll.
Survived by his son, Michael; his parents; sisters, Dawn Medina, Debra Jeffery Hitch, and Alicia Medina; brothers, Mark Sandy Medina and Stephen Medina; several nieces and nephews.
He was a loving father, son and brother. He will be sadly missed by all.
A service will be held 7 PM Monday at the Chapel of EDWARDS FUNERAL SERVICE, 1166 Parsons Ave., Where family will receive friends from 5 till 7 on Monday
