Justin was born in Columbus, Ohio on February 28, 1989 to Lisa Cook and John Geyer

Justin is survived by his mother, Lisa Cook; his father, John Geyer; step-mom, Kasey Cook; brother, Joshua (Bettyjo) Geyer; nieces and nephew, Andrea, Charleeann, and Zeke; maternal grandparents, Bruce and Brenda Smith; and paternal grandmother Joyce Geyer; along with a host of aunts, uncles, family, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ralph L. Geyer.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Heritage Free Will Baptist Church, 575 Obetz Road, Columbus, Ohio 43207 at 2 PM

Justin will be greatly missed by friends, family, and all who knew him
