She is survived by her children Thomas Conkle Jr. and Danielle Tobias; 6 Grandchildren; 7 great Grandchildren and a host of friends and other family members.
Judy is proceeded in death by her parents Allen Clark and Jeese Ellen Ray and her Daughter Lori Hoffmire.
