Joseph L. Smith,76, passed away on April 7, 2013
He was born June 21, 1936 in Crooksville, Ohio to the late Gareth and Ivy Savage Smith.
Survived by wife of nearly 53 years, Joyce, daughter, Seona Lee BennyYochum and their children, Cassandra and Zack, son, Todd Allen Rebecca Smith and their children, Heather and Samantha, son, Nathan Andrew Smith and his children, Howard, Mandy and Rick, daughter, Mandy Jo Cruz and her children, Mercedes, Ceira, Chanze, Marquis, Raishad and Demetrius, great grandchildren, Elaina and Jamarion, sisters, Judy Dennis Shattuck, Linda Roger Brown and Cinda Owen McIntosh, many nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to his parents Joseph is preceded in death, by brother Robert Smith, sister, Gladys Robison, sister Nancy Clator and infant brother, Fredrick.
Joseph was a member of the Teamsters union and a truck driver. He was also a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah?s Witnesses since his baptism July 8, 1951.
A memorial service will be hosted by the family at 2:00 PM on April 20, 2013, Kingdom Hall 30180 Blosser Rd, Logan, Ohio 43138.
