Jonathan Smallwood

Jonathan Lee Smallwood, 25, passed away on June 24, 2015, Jonathan was a loving father, son and brother.

Jonathan was born in Columbus on February 11, 1990 to Margaret and Gary Smallwood.

Jonathan is survived by his Parents Gary and Margaret; son Matthew; Step Daughter Ruby; Sisters Erica Johnson (Harry), Tina Kingsolver (Steve), Brittany Wells (Joby), and Jodi Smallwood; Brother Brent Smallwood and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephew.

Special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at Zusman Hospice at the Ross for their wonderful care of our son.
